Beams are precast products with high load-bearing capacity and great architectural freedom. Precast prestressed beams are highly durable compared to alternative building materials.

Precast concrete stairs are cost-efficient and quality products that are easy and quick to install on the construction site. The precast staircase removes the need for any temporary metal or wooden stair solution and eliminates the need for complicated formwork and propping of the casted structure if made cast-in-situ.

Excellent energy efficiency, low weight, and high structural rigidity have made the sandwich wall the most popular insulated precast concrete panels for facades. The sandwich consists of a load-bearing concrete inner layer and a facade concrete layer with a rigid insulation layer.

A solid wall is a cost-effective ready-to-install outer and inner wall solution. Ideal for structural load-bearing applications, a solid wall can eliminate the need for structural framing. As a finished product, it does not require post-processing concreting on site.

Solid slabs are usually about 200 mm thick non-prestressed full concrete floor products. They are used for the short spans and specific cases, for example, balconies. Solid slabs are fast to install and need no extra cast at the site.
