The Caster E9 is a casting machine for automatic and high capacity casting of half-slab and solid slab with wet concrete on a long bed. It also compacts the casted concrete and runs on the rails of the production beds.

The Elematic Cleaning machine E9  is designed to clean the steel and aluminum side forms used in precast production lines using high pressure water jets. The machine also dries the side forms using air and then oils them. It can handle side forms of different geometries and lengths.

The Elematic Lifting Frame P7 is intended for lifting half-slabs off the bed onto a transportation wagon and from the transportation wagon to storage and onto a trailer. It attaches to a crane hook from a single lifting point.

The Elematic pallet for reinforcements is designed to transfer reinforcement material (meshes, truss girders, rebar) and ready-made reinforcement assemblies from reinforcement machines to assembly stations and to/from the Wagon E9 on a half slab production line.

The Elematic Pallet transfer module for the Side shifter E9 is designed to transfer reinforcement pallets from and to a reinforcement transport wagon (Wagon E9) and from and to assembly station/reinforcement machines.

The Elematic side form is designed to be used in the production of half-slabs in a precast factory. It is made from aluminum and can be lifted manually without a crane.

The Elematic Wagon E9-10s is designed to transport crosswise and longitudinal side forms to cleaning from casting beds and back. The wagon is purpose-designed for half slab side forms.

The Elematic Side shifter E9 is designed to transfer the machines on an Elematic half‐slab longline from bed to bed. With the optional pallet transfer module installed it can also transfer reinforcement pallets from and to a reinforcement transport wagon (Wagon E9-4r).

The Elematic Wagon E9-25t is designed to move ready hardened half-slabs from casting beds to the storage yard.

The Elematic Wagon E9-4r is designed to transport loaded and unloaded reinforcement platforms and to lift individual reinforcements onto a half-slab casting bed when the side forms are already in place.

The Elematic Bed E9 is a casting bed designed for production of hollow core slabs, half-slabs, massive slabs, piles, and inverted T-slabs, among other things.

The Elematic Bed P7 is a casting bed designed for production of hollow core slabs, half-slabs, massive slabs, beams and heavy columns, among other things.

The Elematic casting bed S5 is designed for the production of hollow core slabs, half-slabs, massive slabs, piles, inverted T-slabs, among other things.

The Elematic Distributor E9 transfers concrete automatically from a shuttle to a casting machine and serves as an intermediate concrete storage in precast concrete production. It can also lift machines from one bed to another.

The Elematic Distributor P7 transfers concrete automatically from a shuttle to a casting machine and serves as intermediate concrete storage during precast concrete production.

The Extruder E9-1200e is an extrusion casting machine that produces hollow core concrete slabs  of 120 mm – 500 mm thick and 400 mm – 1200 mm wide. It is the flagship of the best-in-the-industry extruders and sets a new benchmark for high-speed casting  – 2,7 meters per minute – with low production costs.

The Extruder P7 is an extrusion casting machine for producing hollow core concrete slabs 1200 mm wide in a variety of thicknesses. The machine utilizes shear compaction to control the concrete properties, which allows for optimal cement use in the concrete mix.

The Extruder S5 is an extrusion casting machine for hollow core concrete slabs 1200 mm wide in a variety of thicknesses. It consists of a universal casting module and a slab-type-specific product module.

The Elematic fresh concrete saw S5 is designed to cut (split) unhardened hollow core slabs lengthwise. The slabs can be up to 520 mm in height.

The Elematic lifting beam E9 is designed to lift hollow core slabs and massive slabs from casting beds onto transport wagons in precast production.

The Elematic lifting beam P7 is designed to lift hollow core slabs and massive slabs from casting beds onto transport wagons in precast production.

The Elematic lifting beam S5 is designed to lift hollow core slabs from casting beds onto transport wagons in precast production.

The Lifting beam S5 has a lifting capacity of 2 x 40 kN (2 x 4 t) and the middle lifting point has a lifting capacity 1x 80 kN (1 x 8 t).

The Elematic lifting clamps S5-4 are designed to be used in pairs to lift hollow core slabs from the bed or in construction sites.

The Elematic Looper E9 is a fully automatic machine that installs lifting loops into hollow core slabs in precast prestressed concrete production.

The Maturity control E9 controls heating and follows slab strength development in precast concrete production, for both prestressed slabs such as hollow core and half-slab and non-prestressed slabs.

The curing process consists of pre-heating, curing and post-heating.

The Modifier E9 is an automatic machine for digging openings and recesses, for example for HVAC ducts and plumbing, into fresh hollow core slabs. It also drills waterholes and plots cutting lines, openings and text. The Modifier can recycle cut-off concrete back into slab production when paired with Extruder E9.

The Elematic Plotter E9 is an automatic machine for marking cutting lines, openings and reservations, as well as identification marks, onto hollow core slab surfaces on a production line. It can also mark spots for dividers and fittings on an empty bed surface. The machine uses the inkjet technique.

The Elematic Preparer E9 is designed to clean casting beds, pull prestressing strands and oil bed surfaces in precast concrete plants. The machine is well suited for use in hollow core, half slab and solid slab production.

The Elematic Preparer P7 is a multifunction machine for cleaning the casting bed, pulling the prestressing strands and oiling the bed surface in precast concrete plants. The machine is intended for use in hollow core, half slab and solid slab production.

The Elematic Saw E9 is designed to automatically cut pre-stressed precast slabs, such as hollow core slabs, massive slabs, piles and T-beams, up to 540 mm thick. It can cut slabs at any angle: crosswise or longitudinally, and at any angle between.

The Elematic Saw P7 is designed for semi-automatic cutting of prestressed precast slabs, such as hollow core slabs, massive slabs, piles and T-beams, of up to 500 mm. The slabs can be cut at any angle: crosswise, longitudinally and at any angle in between.

The Elematic Saw S5 is designed for semi-automatic cutting of prestressed precast slabs, such as hollow core slabs, massive slabs, piles and T-beams, of up to 400 mm.

The Elematic Saw S5-270 is designed to cut hollow core slabs of max. 270 mm (10”) in height and 1220 mm (48”) in width.

The Elematic Skip S5 is used to transport concrete to an extruder in precast concrete production. It can be moved between the B&M plant and the extruder by forklift, truck or crane.

The Elematic Slipformer P7 is a casting machine for the production of a variety of prestressed precast concrete products, including hollow core slabs and wall panels, solid floor slabs, ribbed slabs, and T and I beams.

Elematic storage clamps E9-16 are designed to lift and stack hollow core slabs or similar precast concrete products, such as half-slabs and solid slabs, in plant storage yards with a storage crane. They can lift either single slabs or bundles.

The Elematic Stresser E9 is a bundle stressing machine designed to simultaneously pre-stress strands during the production of hollow core slabs, half slabs, hollow piles and other pre-stressed precast concrete products.

The Stresser E9 allows simultaneous pre-stressing of up to 200 tons and 20 or more strands with one pull. With a double pull, it can simultaneously pre-stress up to 300 tons and 30 strands.

The Elematic Stresser P7 is a single stressing machine for pre-stressing strands during the production of prestressed precast concrete products such as hollow core slabs.

The Elematic Stressing Abutment E9 is designed to hold the stressing strands of hollow core slabs during prestressed precast concrete production. The Stressing Abutment E9 includes a pair of abutments, one active abutment for bundle stressing, and a passive abutment.
